1. Agreement
By using this website or working with Vook ([Company Name]), you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so. Each project is also covered by a written proposal or order form, which takes priority if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Our services
We provide short-form video production and related content services, such as UGC and organic video, clipping, thumbnails, long-form editing, social and YouTube management and content strategy. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in your proposal.
3. Plans and retainers
Retainers run month to month, are billed monthly in advance, and can be paused or cancelled at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and fees already paid for work in progress are non-refundable.
4. Payments
Invoices are due on the date shown. Late payments may pause work until the balance is cleared. Fees do not include advertising spend, which you pay directly to the advertising platform, or third-party costs such as stock music, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Revisions and approvals
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal. We ask for clear, consolidated feedback. Work you have approved is treated as accepted, and further changes may be quoted separately.
6. What you provide
You agree to provide accurate information, products, footage and brand assets on time, and you confirm you have the rights to everything you give us. Delays in feedback or materials can delay delivery.
7. Ownership and licence
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including raw files, hooks and scripts made for your project. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, hook library and methods. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show finished work in our portfolio and case studies.
8. Creators and third-party content
Some work is produced with independent creators. We make sure creators grant the rights needed for your agreed use. Third-party music, footage or trademarks are used under their own licences, and you are responsible for using deliverables within those licences.
9. No guarantee of results
We design every video to perform, but views, engagement, sales and other outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, offer, audience, budget and the platforms. We do not guarantee specific results.
10. Confidentiality
Each side agrees to keep the other side’s non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the project.
11. Termination
Either side may end an engagement as described above. We may suspend or end services immediately if these terms are breached or the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, payment and liability, will continue after termination.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vook is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country or state]. Disputes will be handled in the courts of [your jurisdiction], unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
