Briefing a creator so the video sounds human
A one-page brief that gives creators direction without turning them into actors.

The best creator videos feel personal. A long, strict brief usually kills that, so keep it short and clear.
What goes in the brief
The goal of the video in one sentence.
The audience and the problem they have.
Two or three points the video must include.
The hook ideas to try, as suggestions.
What to avoid, such as claims you cannot make.
Leave room for their voice
Creators know their audience better than you do. Give them the outcome you want and let them choose the words.
Approve the plan, not just the video
Agree on the hook and script before anything is shot. It saves a round of edits and keeps the creator motivated.
